【職位描述】

Role Statement:

The main responsibility of the manufacturing engineer is to set up and maintain final assembly process, set up and maintain standard time. Including:

Lean line design, process determination and fixture design for new transferred products, work instruction preparation.Familiar with electronic product assembly process. Propose on DFMA with quality and cost consideration.Understand and implement lean production system / principles.CIP on existing production fixture, process and line to improve quality, cost and ｄｅｌivery, enhance productivity.Mass production supporting, problem solving.

Routine Tasks:

Product production standard time estimation and maintains.Leading work for new project manufacturing set up.New product process design, line set up and work instruction preparation.Line and production capacity planning.Line layout design and line set up technical requirement design.Fixture and equipment design with IE and lean ideas for products and production lines, semi/automatic machine.Production support, problem solving.Improve current line, process and fixture with quality, cost and ｄｅｌivery considerationEstablish process FMEA and control plan.ECN follow up.

【任職要求】

Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical / Electronic / Industrial engineering related.Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in manufacturing engineering and/or engineering design experience and/or industrial engineering experience, mechanical design experience on fixture, semi-automatic/ automatic machine design, Ii4.0, IoT experience is prefer.Engineering Technology or other related areas. Familiar with CAD, Solid works and mechanical drawing.Solid knowledge of manufacturing process of electronic products.CET 4 and strong verbal, written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
